Program in brief:
Day 1: visit Kbal Spean, Beng Mealea and Banteay Srei
Day 2: visit temples in small tour
Day 3: visit floating village on Tonle Sap Lake and temples in the group of Rolous
Day 4: visit temples in grand tour + Artisan d'Angkor


Day 1: Visit Beng Melea - Kbal Spean - Banteay Srei
After breakfast, departure from hotel at 7 am, you will be picked up by our English Tour Guide and private car to discover the temple outside Angkor Park.
Your starting point is Beng Mealea, this temple is located 60 km North of Siem Reap, along the road to visit Beng Mealea, and you will admire the beautiful view of Cambodian countryside, rice fields by crossing small village. Beng Mealea was built in 12 centuries by King Suryavarman II, this temple is never restored.


On the way back from Beng Mealea, you will continue your visit to the sacred mountain Kbal Spean where you can see a large number of sculptures carved on stone, Hindu deities and thousands of Linages lying on the river, named "river Thousand Linages". You will trek on the way full of nature about 3 hours on the path through the forest.
Break for lunch in the afternoon

After lunch, you will continue the visit by discovering the most beautiful temple of Angkor. Banteay Srei dating from 10th century and is also known as the 'lady temple', a small marvel of pink sandstone, very well preserved, of rare finesse, richly and finely decorated with graceful motifs and scenes from mythology Hindu. On the way back from Banteay Srei, we will stop at Pradark village for showing how we produce sugar palm.
Return to hotel in Siem Reap in the late afternoon.


Day 2: Visit Angkor Thom, Ta Prohm, Bayon and Angkor Vat
After breakfast, our English Speaking Guide and driver will pick you up from hotel at 8 am. You will start the visit by the magnificent temple of Ta Prohm surrounded by the roots of trees. You will see many giant trees growing out of the top of the temple itself. Ta Prohm was the site of the tomb raider movie. Then, you will continue the visit to the other temples inside the huge city of Angkor Thom surrounded by the moat and the rampart of 3 km of each corner. Bayon (1200AD) was built in the middle of this city Angkor Thom. You will visit Bayon, Terrace of the elephant, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, Royal Palace and Terrace of leper king.
Break for lunch at local restaurant 


In the afternoon continues to visit the most famous, magnificent and the world’s largest religious monument, Angkor Wat (1113-1150AD). This architectural masterpiece was built in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. The Angkor Wat is 330m by 260m, has three levels and 5 major towers. Inside the temple, the walls are covered with Bas-reliefs depicting Hindu Mythology and the war during King Suryavarman II’s reign. Today, Angkor Wat figures on Cambodia’s national flag as the temple symbolizes the soul of Cambodia. The climb to the top level is very steep but an absolute must (Dress with a shirt that covers your shoulders and pants/skirt to knee level).
You will end the day with the sunset in front of the Angkor Wat temple.

Return to Siem Reap and overnight at your hotel.


Day 3: Floating Village (Tonle Sap Lake) & Temples of Rolous group
In the morning, after breakfast English guide and driver will pick you up from Hotel at 8 AM.
We will visit floating village on Tonle Sap called Kampong Pluk, located 28 km and 40 minutes driving from Siem Reap Town. Kampong Pluk is one of floating villages with stilted houses that line the main entrance to the Tonle Sap Lake from this area. You will see floating school, fisher man, and crocodile farm, seller on small boat, the mangroves, or flooded forest and the daily local lives on the biggest fresh water lake in south East Asia.


On the way back you will continue the visit to Rolous group, tree temples dated from the late 9th century: Preah Ko, Bakong and Lolei temple. These mains temples were the beginning of classical period of Khmer civilization before Angkor.


Day 4: Visit the main temple in grand tour – Artisan D’Angkor
In the morning, after breakfast around 7:30 or 8am, we will visit the temples in big tour, the visit will begin with Preah Khan, this temple was built with the same period of the temple of Ta Prohm - continuation to a small towel placed in middle of an artificial basin named Neak Pean, then visit Ta Som temple of King Jayavarman VII,  the  Eastern Mebon  and Pre Rup Temple were built in the 10th century using three types of stones, brick, laterite and sandstone.
After the visiting the temples, you will return back to the center of Siem Reap to visit the Artisan d'Angkor, where Cambodian people make stone and wood carving and other art make by hand.
